I'm looking for a company that can provide complete key card and locker systems. I.e., one key card opens up the front door, the guest's room, and the guest's locker.
I'm looking at companies mentioned in other forum threads:

Our lockers are free but we use Onity for the front door and rooms (we don't have a floor access control because you can't get past the front door without being buzzed in).
I'm curious. Are you charging for these lockers that have a key card access? We just tell guests to bring their own lock (or they can buy one at reception).
Are you having to specially adjust the lockers to accept a key card lock? Do you 'lock' guests out when their stay expires?

There´s no charge.
We tell the guys where we order the lockers from we want them with a Häfele lock. They buy those locks, install them and deliver the whole things assembled. There´s no extra work for us except to tell every locker once with a little Startrek-style tricorder what´s its room & locker number.
Do you 'lock' guests out when their stay expires?
Yes, that´s the best thing. If somebody checks in for one night, the card works until next day noon. Before we had the keycards, we always had to walk upstairs to look for people who didn´t check out. Now they come on their own, because "the locker doesn´t work". :)

Maybe they do, but we order them elsewhere. Hostels are not a huge market for Häfele - they sell most of their stuff to Hotels (they don´t have lockers), public baths and ski lifts (huge market here in Austria...).

The lockers aren´t customized. They´re standard models from Kromag. They deliver them with the Häfele locks already installed.
How much did it cost for each piece, door terminal and cylinder?
Doors around € 220, locker locks around € 70.

USA - We use digi lock. For front door and 51 rooms. they also supply lockers with touchpad locks( the guest makes their own 4 digit combo)
