Looking for an investor to open a Hostel in Lisbon

Everyone is watching this rise of interest about Lisbon as a destination. Maybe mostly because of the great ratings Lisbon hostels have. The truth is that they work in a different way.

I'm currently renting a building downtown Lisbon and looking for an investor to build this hostel with me. Location is absolutely perfect and size of the building is around 1000 sqm. We have the last projects running for approvals for construction.

The idea is to make a very competitive hostel with the TOP 3 hostels in Lisbon

Hello,

I'm currently opening a Hostel in Lisbon, but might be interested in opening another one.
Where is the location of the Hostel?
In what fase of aprovall is it?
Do you need a big construction work, or is basically a simple project?
