Looking for an investor/partner for US hostel

Hi,

I'm currently in the early-implementation phase of opening a hostel in one of the most rapidly growing cities (in both tourism and migration) in the US. Working with city officials and realtors to turn a specific property into a 100-150 bed hostel in a fairly untapped market.

I personally have roughly two years experience managing and working in hostels and the hospitality industry as a whole among many other qualifications. I'm primarily seeking out financial as well as start-up assistance, but am open to ideas.
