Looking for Business partner with experience in opening or operating a Hostel.

Hello and good afternoon, My name is Rob. Looking for a partner to invest 50/50 with in a new Hostel. I am an American and am ready for a change. Ive traveled all over South East Asia and absolutly fell in love with this part of the world. I am open to new areas and ideas. I currently own a real estate office in Houston Tx and quite successful. Just need a change. Any suggestions would be great. I am also open to new locations.

I recently went to Mexico and stayed 2 nights in a Hostel. Place was hot and didnt have towels or sheets. (not my idea of a good place to stay) Place was still packed and was 20.00 a night.
