Looking for Business Partner for Hostel in South America/Central America

Hello there,
I am looking for a business partner to open a hostel in Central/South America.
I'm currently working in a hostel in Costa Rica and have lots of experiences in the hospitality business. I worked for many years in my families hotel and restaurant, have a degree in tourism management and worked in hotel management in San Francisco.
Now it's time for me to open my own business, but preferrably with a partner who shares my ideas.
I would like to have a hostel, aprox. 20 rooms, and it should be a place where u feel at home. I wouldn't mind to have it in a big city, or even smaller city close to nature/water.
I had Chile or Argentina in mind, but I'm open for a different destination as well.

Hello,
Where in Costa Rica are you looking at? I manage one of the top 3 hostels in North America, many people say it is top in the world and am looking to partner with someone! I am really aiming towards Southern California due to my love for the area and that the hostel market grew by over 30% from 2010 to 2011, are you interested in Southern Cal at all? I am open to other countries as I have lived in Brazil and love Costa as well!!! I look forward to hearing back from you!!! Thanks, Joe
