Looking for business partner to set up a Hostel In Valparaiso Chile

I am looking for investors for a small hostel in Valparaiso Chile.. let me know if you are interested… the hostel is on a two floor small building.. the first floor there is a pizzeria called La Piazza Pizzeria.. very famous in Valparaiso.. the second floor am planning to set up the hostel.. 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.. need some work so I can make 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom and some small area… the idea also is to connect the hostel with the restaurant… it will be awesome… the owner of the building is my business partner for restaurants business and dont want to be involved on this venture therefore i am looking for a foreigner to establish a business relationship.. can get a 10 year contract with the owner of the building.. we can keep it simple or create a boutique hostel... also, this hostel will be located right in front of a Hotel... so it will be a good area for lodgging..
