Looking for a business partner to start a hostel in Barcelona/St.Petersburg

Hi, everybody,

I would like to start a hostel either in Barcelona area (but will consider other parts of Spain as well) or in St. Petersburg, Russia.

I am looking for business partner or co-investor, or somebody who has a property and would like to consider a hostel as a business to accomodate.

I have an experience working as one of the managers for one of the London's central hostels.
My first language is Russian, I am also fluent in English, Spanish and Latvian.

Right now I am located in St. Petersburg.
