looking for business partner in Thailand

I have some places in Thailand that I feel beleived that they can do hostel business very well.

 1  8 floors apartment which is near Don Muang international airport in Bangkok for 11 miles. Now I am OK with it but most of my guest are monthly guest and I would love to turn this apartment to be hostel to get more daily guest.
2   I have a 2400 square meter land at Cha am hua hin beach next to my 70 years old ancient Thai style house with world war two history.
3   I have a 152 square meter land which can construct five floors building which five minute walk to kao San road
4   Big land in Krabi sea view with three minute walk to beach.
