French business administrator woman is looking for business partners in order to develop a chain of hostels on the Caribbean coast. The project, born in Taganga Santa Marta, Colombia, would realize its first expansion in Cartagena, Colombia. See www.divanga.com
I currently own three recognized businesses in Taganga: a Bed and Breakfast created 8 years ago, a Backpackers hostel and a bar-restaurant, both created 6 years ago. I want to sell 50 percent shares of each business, hostels and bar-restaurant to partner with investors who would manage each unit. On the top of that I offer to open another site in Cartagena with similar characteristics. I have two excellent opportunities in Cartagena which could be a success very quickly.
The beginning of the chain already started and the project on Caribbean coast of Colombia is ready to generate the opening of other destinations as well.
Level of initial investment: from USD 25,000 USD, USD 75,000 or USD 150.000 according to the project.
