Looking for business partner(s) for hostel/backpacker's lodge in South or Central America

My partner and I are very interested in doing an ecologically-minded backpacker's lodge in Central or South America (we're thinking Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ecuador or Chile where we currently live and have residency). At this point we've done extensive traveling and market research and the idea is to start out sometime in the first half of next year. We had originally planned on doing something by ourselves but we're thinking finding another person or couple to work with as equal partners might be the way to go. I know that such a project is a 24/7/365 affair and sharing the burden certainly would take a little pressure off. We do have enough funds to pull something off on our own as well but I think more capital could potentially equal less risk if properly managed and relationships are entered into cautiously.
