X Hostel here, we want to expand further by summer season 2013.

4 current business partners I have found using this website (among the hundreds of spammers and time wasters).

Currently we have:

X Hostel™ has 5 locations:

X Hostel Varna - Bulgaria (since May 2008)

X Hostel Alicante - Spain (since April 2011)

X Hostel Bucharest- Romania (since December 2011)

X Hostel Tallinn - Coziness - Estonia (from December 2012)

X Hostel Budapest - Chill Out - Hungary (from December 2012)

Area of interest would be:

- Spain and Portugal in western Eu
- In Eastern Eu: Belgrade, Krakow/Warsaw, Bratislava, Prague, Vilnius, Riga, Odessa, Chisinau
- Caucasus Region & Balkans
- Turkey (mainly Istanbul)

NOT (for now): America, Asia, Oceania, Africa.

We are also looking for business partners, investors and managing partners.

DO WRITE BACK IF:

- You have a hostel and you want to sell (in total or a percentage)
- You have money to invest (as silent investor, managing partner or standard business partner)

DON'T WRITE BACK IF:

- You don't have experience as a manager in good hostels, you don't have a hostel, you don't have money to invest and you will waste our time.

WHAT ELSE WE OFFER:

If you have a hostel you can join X Hostel for a yearly fee. You will work on real time operational spreadsheats, get joint Pr/Marketing (website, fliers, merchandise etc), a large database and reach of guests and travelers (direct and from partner travel websites), consultancy, manager training, loyalty cards hostel to hostel (that includes some other hostel chains and independent hostels), you will share know-how with other owners/managers,

FUTURE:

We are re-branding and investing a lot in:

- a team of professionals in the industry
- re-modelling our business objectives (not only party hostels but cater to selected and different targets of guests)
- creating a permanent link between guests and X Hostel (so far we have 120 people tattooed with our X but we want to open to other kind of relationship with travelers)
- push from xhostel.eu and all related to our new image xhostel.com from next year (new site under construction and lots of ad campaigns planned).
- experience in other hostels for hostel staff and management

Hi, we are a Hotel in Santa Marta, Colombia and We want to transform into a Hostel because This is a growing market and is getting out of the 75% of occupancy in low season.

Our building is located in front of the sea and is in the center of the city. It has 46 rooms and 5 business locals. Near our hotel you can find restaurants, night clubs, bars located on historical houses, museums, Santa Marta International Marine, and just few minutes of the most important touristic places, like Tayrona Park.

We have an advance on this project and we have an international hostels firm that have hostels in America and they are interested In the operation. The new hostel will have 260 beds and they do a financial projection of 57% of occupancy each year generating really good profits.

We are looking for investors for the refurbishment of the property to let it to the level that is required for the firm.

ungle Party Hostel Club & Restaurant is centrally located in the Colonial city of La Antigua Guatemala, Central America, worldwide know as one of the most touristic cities in the region of Central America.

We are an 16 year experienced hostel, bar and restaurant extremely popular among young people. Over this time we have shared with more than 500,000 visitors from around the world who came as strangers and left as friends. Taking satisfaction that many of them continually return to visit. Our current facilities consist of 7 rooms, dorms type, accommodations for up to 65 people. hostel, bar and restaurant caters in a daily bases on high season to around 100 to 150 people a day.

The hostel is composed by 4 business from which all operations and revenue are generated.

The Hostel with an accommodation average of 21,600 nights per year

The Restaurant that provides services to both guests and general public.

The Two bars as the most important center of atmosphere with regular themed activities occurring on weekly bases such as all you can eat bbq", ladies night, Mexican costume nights, etc. and big monthly events that cares up to 500 people.

The Travel Agency that provides shuttles and tours to multiple destinations in all Central America.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INVESTING PARTNER THAT BE INVOLVED IN THE DAILY OPERATIONS

The hostel value is 250,000Usd, We are offering a percentage of the business base on the investment that the future partners will like to acquire depending on his buying power. It could begin by buying a small percentage and grow the investment in a time period. We are aiming to eventually sell the majority of shares.

We are looking for a dynamic, cheerful, sociable single, between 25 to 35 years old.

Our ideal partner will be business minded, responsible for directing, coordinating and overseeing the overall operational activities of all departments within this property and for ensuring that the various business units operate in line in order to achieve the companies overall goals with the maximum profitability and quality.

*Experienced in hospitality management or business administration, Field experience of 3 years minimum

*Sales and Revenue knowledge.

*Focus and seek to understand internal and external customers and meet and exceed the needs of both the customer and the company.

*Bar and service industry experience highly preferred

*Coaching Marketing sales strategies with the F&B team

*Attention to detail; ensure that work is accurate, thorough and to the highest standards.

*In-depth understanding of bar and food inventory control under high industry standards

*Full English and 75% Spanish *to work in Latin American based hotel with European standards

* ability to understand the needs of a party clientele between 20 to 30 years old.

*Flexible in the ability to adapt to challenges

*Having an approachable, cheerful and friendly personality

*Client Relations and loves Face to Face Customer Service
