Looking for business partners to open a hostel in the Philippines

Hello,

My name is Dan. My twin brother and I are looking for investors and business partners to open a hostel in the Philippines. Specifically, in either Cebu or Siargao. We were born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, but our parents are Filipino. This allows us to have Philippine citizenship which means we can own land and properties legally in the Philippines. Furthermore, we can speak the Visayan language so it makes communication with the locals a breeze.

There is a huge untapped market for hostels in the Philippines because foreigners cannot legally own land there, which means there is a lack of hostel businesses AKA little to no competition!
