Looking for bussiness partner for Hostel/Restaurant and Microwbrewery in Colombia

We are located in a small colonial city in south western Colombia, named Buga.
I started this Hostel with a Bar/Restaurant fife years ago with a microbrewery in it.
Meanwhile the brewery has been split off and is its own business.
The hostel has 17 bed in total. The restaurant/bar is located in the front of the hostel, has about 55 seats and is know in town and the region for the craft brewed beers and also for its sourdough pizza and sandwiches.
The restaurant is frequented by local Colombians and generates most of the revenue!
I am mostly busy in the brewery and also spent part of the year in Germany and the US.
I have two Colombia business partners who also don't have much time to attend to the business.
They now want to sell their part in the Hostel/Restaurant.
The business pretty much runs itself, we have a very good Colombian accountant/manager, and generates a profit.
What it could use is somebody with a bit of attention to detail, somebody to attend to the hostel guests, tells them about things to do in town and the region, maybe takes them on tours (we also have a very good tour guide)
Our Colombian staff is very nice and professional, but they don't speak much English, and don't really understand the needs of travelers.
My partners are offering their combined share of 49% for 90 million Colombian Pesos.
