Looking for an investor, ideally a silent partner. Must have assets in Spain, Italy or a France in order to secure lease. Ideally spanish, Italian or french citizen with previous business owning experience.

Upfront investment is small around 40,000 euro. Low risk and high return. I have the experience, staff, language skills and formula.
