Looking for an investor for Surf Resort in Panama/ Colombia or Nicaragua

We are a french german couple with over 15 yrs of experience in tourism and management. We are prospecting properties in Colombia / Caribean, Panama and Nicaragua ( South) and we we would like to open an activity based surflodge with an adjescent restaurant for my french cooks culinary ideas.  For now we are open to all kind of offers as we are still in the planning process.
