Looking For Investors And/Or Silent Partners For Expansion

We are a hostel/guesthouse operator in the business for almost 5 years, we've managed to open and set operations in Barcelona(Spain),Havana(Cuba),San Juan(Puerto Rico),Playa Del Carmen(Mexico) and New York. So far we have a total of around 260 beds between all the businesses, We have finalized another acquisition in Barcelona for a 75 beds hostel(take over April 1st) and we are ending negotiating for a 70 beds capacity hostel in Lisbon with possible take over March/April.
We are looking for either investors/silent partners with a minimum of 100-150k Eur that could be invested in the next project that we find interesting, the deal between us and the investor depends from project to project and can be explained in details once the right opportunity comes along and we are able to assess figures etc.etc.
We are also looking for owners of real estates that could be converted into hostels in key markets in Europe(Paris,London,Amsterdam,Dublin,Munich,Rome) or in the major American cities(Miami,Los Angeles,San Francisco,Boston,Washington D.C,Philadelphia,Chicago). We could talk about a deal where we could lease the building from you or do a partnership where we take over the whole operation while you provide the real estate for the business.
