looking for investors & hostel managers for a 5star luxury hostel project in Nigeria

We are a company based in Nigeria with an interest in starting/building a luxury hostel & dormitory in our country,we have already an 'executive summary' which has already attracted some willing investors to us,our project promises a minimum of 250rooms and a 100dormitory halls with standard facilities(we are looking at a minimum of a $70m project). We are open serious investors who are willing to commence negotiations with us. We are also open to discuss with experienced and credible "hostel managers"(ours will be the 1st in my country - a lot of potentials) to join our team in partnership . We are open to questions,help or suggestions you might have.
