looking for investors for a hostel

I think we know the perfect place!
We just got married and on our way home we were talking about our future, and the conclusion was that we wanted to own/run a hostel in a beautiful busy mountain town. The problem....we do not have money to invest. This is a brand new idea for us and we are looking for people who might be able to help and or invest. I don't want to give out our awesome location because i would hate to see someone take off running with our idea. If you are interested or have some ideas for us please let us know!
