Looking for one partner to open a hostel in columbia

I´m looking for a business partner to rent a hostal business with an option to own .

I am a french man in her thirties, i was a parties organiser in Paris during 8 years in clubs and create a sushi restaurant in Paris airport nearly 5 years ago and it´s still running.

I left France there is 2 years and half ago for traveling around the world and i´m just back in Columbia to start a new challenge and a new life.

I got many years of experience managing business, worked in few hostel around the world and got olso experience in the hospitality business.
I am currently scouting location in Columbia and would perferably like a medium size hostal very sociable around Santa Marta, Cartagena or Medelin .
