Looking for partner to build a hotel/pansion in Medjugorje (religious tourism)

I have land in one of the biggest Marian Shrines in the world, in Medjugorje. www.medjugorje.hr for more info or google

It's a small village with about 5.000 residance but more than 2.000.000 visitors a year and growing. I'm looking for a partner to build a hotel on atractive land.

I already own a small Bad&Breakfast with just 12 beds and I want to expand becouse the real money is on groups bigger than 50 people. If you are interested in my proposal contact me. I'm looking for partner but interested in selling this land also.
