Looking for partner in SE Asia

Hi guys. I'm currently in Cambodia and I am on the lookout for a potential partner to open a hostel in SE Asia. Ideally, it would be a coastal town offering a good mix of locals and expats. Perhaps you have an existing hostel/ guest house owner and are looking for an investor to expand?? I'm ideally located to move quickly and check out any areas of interest. I myself come from a hospitality, travel and teaching background.
