Looking for Partner for Surf/Party Hostel in Kuta (Lombok) or Canggu (Bali) starting 2nd half 2015

Hi there,

We're 1 Dutch (Alex) & 1 Dutch-Indonesian (Adam) looking for a third partner to start a hostel either in Lombok or Bali. The ideal partner would be familiar with Indonesia, speaks some Indonesian, and have experience starting a hostel. Its for a mid-sized hostel (5-10 dorms) in a building that is to be rented/leased.

We have our own investment capital, so unless you really want to invest, putting in money is not necessary.
Looking to start the project sometime 2nd half of 2016.

I may not be the ideal partner, as I have not been there nor do I speak the language. I do have capital and owned a hostel that was voted best hostel in Guatemala in 2013. Not sure, if this could be a starting point to start a conversation?
