Looking for a partner to turn an existing business located on a Greek island into a hostel!

Hello Everyone

The specific post is referring to an existing 100% owned, completely debt free business located on the Greek island of Corfu, at the lively resort of Kavos.

The business is located right on the beach of Kavos, it has a total of 30 twin studios all with their own toilet and shower, self catering facilities and a balcony too, installed air-conditions, safety deposit boxes, wi-fi in all areas, a parking area, a 24 hour bar and the best part an outdoor swimming pool which over looks the beautiful Mediterranean sea shaded with tall palm trees, with an outdoor area that could easily host events of all sorts, from outdoor barbecues to pool parties.

Having the business passed over to me from my family after it has been owned by them for 30 years, I am looking for a partner to change completely it's business model; for all these years it has been running as a studio complex as I have mentioned above, but after having worked in the hostel industry for a couple of years myself and having seen the type of clientele they attract I am rather interested on turning it into one since the market of the specific resort has customers with a profile which fits exactly the ones of a hostel. The entire area has no other hostel to compete with and any other hostel that could be considered as competition is 40 kilometers away the closest. The resort of Kavos is well known of it's nightlife and parties that last till the early morning so obviously I am looking into turning it into a party hostel that could attract all those people that come every year to live a week of sun and endless partying.

I am looking for a partner that can provide a certain capital for small renovations that will be needed, but even if not that won't be so much of an issue, most importantly I am looking for someone that has a good understanding of the industry with past managerial skills within hostels, with skills that could be used in order to turn it into a product with an identity of it's own and ability to earn high numbers of revenue.
