Looking for an partner for working Hostel/Hotel in Puerto Morelos (Mexico, close by Cancun)

We operate a Hostel/Hotel in a very centric part of Puerto Morelos.

Puerto Morelos is located in-between Cancun and Playa del Carmen and more quited but very well visited touristic hot-spot.
From here the famous historic sites like Tulum, Sian khan, Chichen Itza can be visited easily.

The place is ~200m walking distance from the beach (aerial less)
~200m distance to the center of Puerto Morelos and all it's amenities

to Cancún's airport:    ~21 km
to Cozumel: ~38 km

The place is operating and in solid shape.
Also it might be interesting to invest some more for a more streamlined and modern concept..

The place has
17 rooms and 5 penthouse (different sizes partially with mutiple rooms)
