Looking for a partner/investor for a great summer hostel project in Estonia

We have a very flexible building in a great location, between sea and city. I need someone who*s willing to invest, starting from 30K EUR and has some knowledge on running a hostel (or is a very experienced traveler in those). Im also looking to open a organic restaurant, garden and bar there. The hostel would fit around 120 ppl.
