Looking for a Partner/s, Pacific Coast of Nicaragua or Ecuador, Hostel/ BnB/Small Hotel
Hi Fellow Investors and Travelers
Looking for like mined people that wish to start/purchase a mixed use property in a coastal area. Ideal person or people will be HONEST, have a good work ethic, have capital to invest, open minded and be able to communicate and compromise in a business situation. Other attributes would be experience in hospitality/food and beverage/managerial capacities/bi-lingual and construction/maintenance. Also ideally you should be willing to work with, help train and educate poor local people and treat them with dignity and respect.
This is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a lifestyle opportunity. If you cannot see yourself living, working and investing in a poor, 3rd world country, for 5-10 years than this is not for you. This enterprise will take a commitment of time, effort and money for it to get off the ground and work. The payoff, as in most businesses, is at the end when you have built something viable and then sell it off.
A bit about myself. I am a 52yo male American. I have traveled quite a bit and wish to live outside of my country. I am a chef by trade, 29 years in the kitchen. I owned a successful Hotel/Bar/Restaurant in Alaska for 10 years. I work hard and play hard. So yes, I want to have fun while doing something of this nature, which is why I seek equity partners. This will facilitate partners to take time off to unwind, enjoy themselves and travel.
If this is of any interest and you have some of the above capacities, please feel free to contact me with any thoughts and ideas you may have.
