Looking for someone to run and/or invest in my B&B on an island close to Buenos Aires

I have a beatiful house in the Tigre Delta, close to Buenos Aires. For 5 years I used it as an B&B.

Since 2017 I am living elsewhere, first Tunisia, now Spain, leaving the house to someone from the area to live in and take care of.

Now I am looking for someone who wants to reopen the place, running it, and/or invest in it.

It is a very quiet place to live. You can occupy a room for yourself and rent out the other ones for example.

Some small investments are needed maybe.

I am open to suggestions for people either interested in going to live there and run the place or some kind of business partner,
