Managerial-partner wanted for hostel in EU

I am looking for an experienced hostel manager for partnership in a hostel available in central eastern europe.

The managerial-partner would be able to have 25% ownership of the hostel. It is a running business with good current and prospective position in terms of short and long term profitability and stability.

The prospective partner may have good idea and experience of running a hostel and would help me in running the said business.
