Minihotel PMS + Autoupdate-PMS

hi :-)

for some time we use a fantastic combination of two programs in different locations!

the pms we use is called Minihotel and is fully XML and "state of the arts technology"!

the pricing is per month and depends on the modules you use and the rooms you have.

in combination with the channelmanager Autoupdate-PMS we have a fully automatized system running!

we chose to use Autoupdate-PMS as our channelmanager because we can not find any system on the net that provides so many interfaces as Autoupdate-PMS does! certainly i found a lot of channelmanagers on the net that provide a lot of channels but as far as i can say... Autoupdate-PMS has ALL the channels i know and there is no extra charges on reservations that are processed via the system!

since more than half a year we use the combination Minihotel/Autoupdate-PMS and i must say... unbelievable good!

reservations are drawn by autoupdate from the web sites and transferred directly into our Minihotel! following up minihotel sends the updated availability back to autoupdate a couple of minutes later and autoupdate dates up all connected web sites again some minutes later!

as far as i can see the whole system boosted our reservations upwards in a way that my bosses had a huge smile on their faces when they have seen the change!

i can only recommend to anyone that has a hostel to think about using that combination because it is really making life much much easier!

even if you already use another PMS system... as far as i know autoupdate-pms can correspond with any PMS system that is able to send and receive availability and aswell receive reservations!

another thing that i have to mention...

a year ago i had to update prices manually on the 12 web sites we are using... it took me sometimes almost a week to complete a complete price change for all those sites... now i can make a full price update for 360 days within around 60 minutes (!).
