New hostel in Bologna - Italy

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a passionate and willing business partner to start a little, cozy and warm hostel in downtown Bologna. By now I've made quite a lot, as I have a complete business plan and found couple of suitable properties to rent right in the heart of Bologna.

The city is about 350.000 people and about 1000000 in the metropolitan area, and growing up fast being connected with more than 20 european destinations only by Ryanair.
