New Idea in Prague

Hello everyone,

I have been attempting to partner with other hostels in Prague (as there is no shortage of hostels in this city), but have not had luck.I am now looking into starting a hostel from scratch and developing business plan etc.

I would not attempt to open a hostel in a such a saturated market if the hostel I have in mind was not different from the other hostels, but I truly believe in my idea and think it will offer guests something they cannot find otherwise.

Currently I am looking for a partner experienced in hostel management and/or gaining further investment and input into the project.
