Partner / buyer for Istanbul hostel
Business Partners
Due to family reasons we have decided to sell (partialy or completly) or rent in long term the newest of our 2 properties. Our project is in the centre of the modern city center in Istanbul.
The property currently has 60 beds in double rooms and dorms but a potential capacity of more than 100 beds that can easily be configured. It has 6 floors + 1 terrace with bosphorous view, Fire Stairs, elevator, central heating system and boiler.COnstruction is complete and the hostel is almost ready to run.
We are looking for a new partner/buyer who can get involved.
