Partners for hostel in Georgia (Black Sea)

Hi !
After 15 years working in Hostels, i'm planning to create one in Georgia, on the shores of the Black Sea, and i'm searching for business partners with a social purpose... Georgia is economically growing and is the 11th country on the Top of countries where it's easy to invest... With all landscapes ( Black sea, Caucasus Mountains & semi desert ), it's going to be the place to be !!!
I have several contacts already with Ministry of Education & Tourism, but i'm searching for serious people to work with, especially people coming from business
