Partners needed for a hostel in Salento, Colombia

Hello
I am selling two 30% interests in a hostel I am building in Salento, Colombia. The cost is $12,000USD each. The property has 1300m2 and two houses that will contain 15 bedrooms. I own the property so that means that 1. the hostel will never have to pay rent or a mortgage and 2. your investment will be secured by the property. It is close to the main plaza and has spectacular views and a classic country home charm. Serious parties only please.
