Is anyone working with the PHP residence property management system?

It´s open-source and looks quite promising to me.

We tried it years ago, and it wasn't a success. Would have been great if it worked for us though. We ended up going through a few other paid systems before we settled on a shitty hotel PMS and then did little workarounds to make it work right for a hostel.
