Prague / CZ, anyone?

Hi there, ok so Ive been crying hoarse for months now, albeit from a long distance, asking and beseeching if anyone might have a modicum of interest in opening their own spanking new hostel in Prague or in a hot spot in CZ, but unfortunately, all to no avail! Reason: nobody, including myself, really knows why! This despite the fact that I'm neither little, nor green, nor have antennae on my head, nor do I belong to Mars by any stretch of the imagination. :) .

Anyhow, people, if ANYBODY amongst you who is a resident or a local of CZ / EU and has fair amount of experience in hospitality and is interested to open their own hostel (or to expand their current one into another branch) by partnering with me on a 50-50 basis, pls do drop me a line. Though a wordy message would be preferable to 'dropping a line'.

That said, I have a central idea of the type of hostel it may be, have a USP or two (which can make its mark in the budget-traveller market), have done an extensive amount of theoretical homeworking (for want of a better word!) in order to try to decipher the income / expense and assets/ inventory estimates (though some revision of these estimates is required with the help of a local partner hopefully!) for the start up, first-year and more, of the prospective hostel.

So, Prague anyone? NO? Yes? No?...

Either ways do let me know guys. Im tired of waiting and watching the world go by!
