Searching for a partner to purchase an ongoing concern

I used to own a successful hostel in Antigua,Guatemala and I am actively looking for opportunities in Mexico or Central America. I do speak Spanish, though not as well as a native. But its better than mere conversational Spanish. I would consider Southeast Asia and Australia. I am open to suggestions. Turnkey opportunities, franchise opportunities and those willing to engage in some owner financing are welcome to PM directly. Our conversations will be held in confidence and I will be happy to sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to facilitate talks. I take those seriously as I worked as a litigation attorney in the states for years.

Ideally, I would like to find a partner with some direct experience working in a hostel. Also, you will need to make some cash contribution to the project. As to the amount, that would turn on what we would need to acquire the business. I would be willing to make a larger cash contribution if you are willing to work and/or can contribute some other intangible such as online marketing experience(SEO/social media).

This is a quick update. I would like to begin within the first three months of the new year. Also, I am open to investing as a partner in your hostel. I would be able to help with the day-to-day operations as well.
