Seeking a 3rd Investor/Partner for Hostel In Nicaragua

Hello,
My name is Matt (26 years old) and I am from Canada. I have been working on setting up a surf hostel/party hostel in Nicaragua for the past year. My business partner Andy (27 years old) (from America) and I visited the area this past May and searched for locations with real estate agents and a few key locals in the area. we are both seasoned travelers.

We have found a few a great spots some listed online and others not. We are looking to buy in November/decembenr

What we are looking for...

someone who has experience either in business management or hospitality experience.
Must have capital investment equal or greater than ours.
Because Andy and I have traveled the world, we want someone who is passionate about travel like us. We also want someone who has a keen business sense but understands that this country has its issues like all central american countries and is patient with all business decisions.

Someone who either wants to partner with us and go in equally, or invest in the purchase of this lot/build for equity stake and return.

We have done a tremendous amount of research, groundwork and now we need someone who sees the opportunity like we do to invest in this area with us.
