Seeking Business Partner for a Medium Size Hostel in the USA

Hi,

I'm in the early-implementation phase of opening a hostel in one of the most rapidly growing cities (in both tourism and migration) in the US. Working with city officials and realtors to open a ~50 bed hostel in a fairly untapped market.

My education background is in business and engineering, but I have spent the better part of the last 5 years working in the hospitality industry with experience managing and working in hostels in the US, Spain, Greece, and New Zealand.

I'm seeking business partners to assist in operations, start-up, and investment in the venture.
