Seeking bussiness partner to open a hostel in Germany

Hello friends,

-----  I will say right off the bat that I have not owned and/or managed a hostel before, so if this discourages you I still invite you read on, but now you have been warned and hopefully wont be wasting your time ----

Anyway,

It is so simple really; I dream of starting a hostel in Germany more specifically Berlin.

There's a lot of pro's for doing this that I would like to tell you if you are interested.

Furthermore I want to invest in making the hostel as entertain as possible without it lowering the quality of sleep and rest for those who come to the hostel seeking that.

This does of course limit the type of buildings which could be used, but I am sure if we look into it together in more detail we will be able to find something that covers all important aspects of running a good hostel.

I will try to keep the bussiness details to a minimum and instead focus on the big picture.

So a casual bar inside the hostel too is one of my idealistic wishes, but that might not be possible, and so it is not a must.

I am thinking a building with multiple stories, in order to be able to seperate sleeping areas from the other accomodating areas such as reception and bar.

I seek a bussiness partner who is willing to do this 50/50 as equal partners and maybe make the loan in one persons name, but sign a contract with a laywer which ensures the economic safety of both investors equally.

I seek someone who is thinking along the same lines as me regarding the comfort and entertainment aspects in our establishment, but who also has his/her own ideas and am willing to take as well as give critisism.

I seek someone who wants this to be his/her future, and am considering future prospects like expansion into other countries.

IMPORTANT!

Since this is in Berlin where I want to start, and I myself am from Denmark, I am seeking someone who currently lives in Berlin, or at the very least is willing to go with me to check out buildings when necessary.

Characteristics wise I hope to find someone who likes adventure and isn't afraid to do things a little differently! Someone with an easy smile and a dark morbid humour, so we can have a little fun along the way while establishing our dreams!
