Seeking for investors for South Korea Hostels and Hotel, 100% secured, easy exit plan, Low risk

We currently seeking for investors for a project in South Korea
We are planning to open a few hostels and 1 hotel in South Korea and venturing out to other countries such as Philippines, Japan, Canada, Spain etc within the period of 2 years.

With this hostel the project is highly secured, low risk, and has a secured exit if anytime the investor feels unease or unhappy with the result. This will be explained to you in a proposal.

We are also currently talking to a stock broker to put our hostel in the stock market with in the period of 1 1/2 - 2 years which of course the investor would have a share in the market.

By opening this hostel globally our aim is to provide jobs to those who are in need.
At the moment there is also a high percentage of traveler visiting South Korea most are student or low budget travelers, we are aiming to have each of our hostel affordable and family feel environment.
