Seeking Partner in Nicaragua

I’m seeking a serious partner to help develop and run a hostel/hotel hybrid to be built from the ground up and located near the surf beaches of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. I’ve been living here for over nine months, so much of the groundwork is done and I am currently looking for investors to move the project from plan to reality. I am hoping to find a like-minded partner that might have experience or skills in hospitality, management, marketing, or accounting. Some fluency in Spanish would be a strong plus. I understand you are likely looking for setting up a business in san juan, but our hostel is brand new and is looking for a new partner. let me know if you are interested. Ruamoko Hostel is the name.

Samuel, I appreciate the offer to consider your hostel, however, San Juan is definitely my home and the best place for what I am working on. Good luck to you and your venture.
