Seeking partner to open a new hostel in UK tourist hotspot with a huge gap in the market

I've noticed a gap in the market for a hostel in my beautiful hometown less than an hour from London with direct train and bus links to the capital. It's a tourist hotspot with a lot of history and a thriving tourist indiustry, offering plenty of oportunities for activities run through the hostel. Currently, the only hostel in town is a chain, and I want to create something with more character that really reflects the city's culture (after all, that's what tourists come to experience and learn about!)

I myself have travelled extensively around the world, staying and occasionally working in hostels, so I'm good on the management and creativity front. My family's business is a high-end bnb, so that gives me some extra insight into the industry. I know the city really well and have worked in the local tourist industry in the past. I even have bit of capital to start with. However, this money is not enough on its own, and I am not so savvy on the financial and legal sides of things. So, I'm seeking a partner who can help me out in these areas and take part in what I think could be a really exciting project.
