Seeking Partner for Rooftop Bar at Hostel in Rio de Janeiro

Hello Hostel management community!

My name is Adam I am the co-owner of a lovely hostel in the community of Vidigal, Rio de Janeiro. Our space features 10 rooms, great location close to the beach, authentic community experiences and some of the best views you have ever seen. 

On the top of our hostel we have a wonderful, partially covered space geaturing hammock, BBQ, partially constructed and amazing panormaic views of the forest, mountains, oceans and Ipanema beach, its truly a mllion dolloar view. Occasionally we do events and run the bar here but have been unable to formally structure the bar and events business due to a lack of time. The space has amazing potential to attract many different target markets and we have had a variety of very successful events here.

Therefore we are looking for a partner and potentially investor to take over the terrace space and create a consistelnly operational bar & terrace. Partners must have experience in hospitality industry or have worked extensively or owned a bar at some point in time. Investment is not required to be a partner but it will significantly increase the chances of success as the current infrastructure is ok but a quality upgrade is needed to improve functionality and aestetics. You will be responsible for managing and developing the bar as if it was a seperate entity within the space though of course we will be involved in the coordination of resources within the community and hostel. We will aslo provide support in content creation and marketing.

We are open to the structure of the partnership from rent, percentage of revenue, descounting investmet from future rent, etc.
