Seeking Serious Business Partner, Nicaragua

Hello Again Fellow Entrepreneurs

I have posted several times on this site and while I've messaged with a (very) few interesting indiviuals, nothing has come to fruition, ​YET​. I still have hopes of finding 1-2 serious individuals that might wish to collaborate on a turistic project on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. I am now in the process of liquidating my USA pocessions and plan on moving to Nicaragua in September of 2018 to start scouting property, conducting surveys and work with an attorney to facilitate the legal hurdles of residency/corporate formation and how to use Law 306 to my advantage.

The reasons I am looking to partner in a endeavour is for several reasons, but namely, it is dificult to have any life outside of running a ongoing business without having 1-2 people you can trust to see parts of the operation run well when one is not there. It tends to end up being 24/7/365 otherwise and all of us need time to relax and to do other travels/interests. I have been in that position in the past and have no desire to repeat that again.

The individual(s) I would like to collaborate with should have a open mind as to the size, layout and scope of any project, as each area will have a unique set of pros and cons that will need to be evaluated to best determine what can and will work. They also should have easily accessed capitial, to both fund the project and for daily living expenses while the developement is ongoing and thru the start up process. I would also encourage that someone(s) I get involved with are socially and ecologically caring. I belive that this project should help support and be a asset to the community, as well as ecologically somewhat "Green".

One further note; As the political situation in Nicaragua is changing, I have been and will continue to monitor it. I have been researching and traveling to where I want to end up, obviously, I did not forsee Daniel Ortega possibly losing control of the country and I do not wish to place myself into a Latin American "Revolution", so plans may change.
