We are looking for partnership and/or investment in a Hostel Project in Waterloo, the second city of Sierra Leone. Waterloo is on the peninsular of Freetown. It's the gateway to the resource rich interior of Sierra Leone. More importantly it's within easy access of several peninsular Beaches, serene villages and uninterupted rainforests.

The site in question is on a main feeder road, within easy access of bustling markets , bus station and local amenities. Yet is a private retreat. It's borded by a River, includes a vast swamp land(crop/rice growing potential), cashew & palm trees and protected natural Springs. Forty minute drive from our Office in the Central Business District of Freetown.

This will be a new and unique opportunity as there is currently no existing hotel or bed space within this vicinity.
