Starting a Hostel in Ghana-Accra

Dear All,

I have a dream of starting a hostel in my country precisely in Tema-Accra.

This hostel is basically to cater for university students in the vicinity and also for working bachelors/spinsters.

The idea is to provide a conducive haven for residents of the hostel and also provide the most modern amenities.

Getting a land is no problem as i have concrete leads in acquiring lands.

Also hope to expand to other regions of the country as the business grows and also expect high profit margins.

Am an accountant by profession and need a business partner to invest in my dream.
