Surf hostel and / or bar in either Portugal, Spain or Central America.

Hi guys,

I have a strong desire and vision to achieve a surf hostel and / or bar in one of the following; Portugal, Spain or Central America.

My initial destination of choice was Lagos - Portugal, due to great vibe, atmosphere, picturesque beaches, surf and party that the area offers.

I am interested in other locations as well, and have intermediate Spanish language skills.

I am currently doing significant due diligence on Portuguese business laws, risks etc.

Ideally looking for a partner or a couple with similar visions, alternative ideas and a greater understanding of European laws.
