Um, I think royal celebrations, or royals per se are the exact opposite of "cool". Hail thee, United Republic of Great Britain and Northern Ireland! :D
But you´re right: London needs more hostels - and much more good ones!

I just checked, and there are at least 99 London hostels on Hostelworld now. That seems like a lot more than I remember last time I checked...

Shame on you Santa - where is your enthusiasm for Queen and Country??? Here is to Charles and Camilia - the future King and Queen of the UK! God Bless Them! ;) ;)
But London is definitely in need of quality hostels, and a lot of the properties listed on HW/HB are hotels with private dorms...
