Hi, I am Anton, I opened small hostel in Tbilisi, and now I am trying to find an investor and parter to open big hostel on the heart of Tbilisi. it is required about 50-70000USD to rent a space to make a full renovation. The space is about 220sq.m, rent less 2000USD/month. We`ll make best hostel here.
